When Nicki Minaj first rose to mainstream fame in 2010, Drake ended up being the odd man out in Rihanna’s love life. Sticking up for her label mate and rumored beau at the time, Nicki Minaj called Rihanna out in the media. But, this soon ended and Nicki Minaj became good friends with Rihanna.
Close to the end of 2010, there were rumors of Nicki Minaj and Rihanna becoming much more than friends. Best friends and frequent collaborators, rumors suggested Nicki Minaj and Rihanna had moved in together and were girlfriends. While Nicki Minaj raps bisexual lyrics, she is indeed straight, so she denied being romantically involved with Rihanna.
Since then, there has not been much from Rihanna and Nicki Minaj. Ciara has resurfaced and now she has beef with Rihanna. The two have taken their shots in the media and “106 & Park” suggested Nicki Minaj had gotten in on the beef and dissed Rihanna on Ciara’s “I’m Out” single, which Nicki denied via Twitter, dissing the popular show.
