There are plenty of reasons to pay attention to the Funk Volume movement. One man who has stolen the show within the camp is Dizzy Wright. Things have been looking up for the Las Vegas rapper. After being featured in XXL on the 2013 Freshmen list, of course his stock rose dramatically.
When most think of West Coast hip hop, they only think of California. Specifically, most think of Los Angeles and the Bay Area. In this narrow-minded focus, they forget about many of the other hip hop cities out there, including Las Vegas. A growing hotbed for hip hop, Vegas has a vibrant hip hop scene and Dizzy Wright is among the biggest figures out.
Recently, Dizzy Wright was in New York City performing at the XXL Freshman show. While out there, Dizzy Wright spoke with XclusivesZone.net. During his interview, Dizzy Wright talked about the new West Coast hip hop scene, his Golden Age mixtape, and much more in their chat.
