VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop” cast demands significant raise

Love & Hip HopFollowing the second season of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop,” nearly the entire cast ended up leaving the series. Having to do without Chrissy Lampkin, Jim Jones, Mama Jones, Kimbella, Emily Bustamante, and many others, an overhaul was needed. Added to the cast, among others, was Jen the Pen, Consequence, Tahiry Jose, Joe Budden, and Kaylin Garcia.

The last season of “Love & Hip Hop” was the highest-rated and it comes from Joe Budden and Consequence, and their feuds. In addition to the rappers ongoing beefs, there was also the love life of Joe Budden that captured the headlines. There still has been no concrete answer for the question about Joe Budden and Tahiry Jose being back together.

Though it is not specified, it sounds like a few of these cast members mentioned, if not all of them, will not be returning next season. TMZ reported, earlier today, that half of the “Love & Hip Hop” cast showed up to the filming for the trailer, while the others did not because they are demanding their salaries be doubled.
