What an adventurous week it has been for hip hop. A lot of different headlines about all the stars came out. But, the highlight of hip hop every week is the visuals and there were plenty of those. Probably the hottest rapper on the come-up is A$AP Ferg and his “Work” single has been in rotation for a while now.
“Work” has done well for A$AP Ferg, but he needed something to catch the attention of the whole country. Safe to say A$AP Ferg made that happen when he put out the remix for the “Work” single and added a long line of features to it. Of course, A$AP Rocky is on the remix, but French Montana, ScHoolboy Q, and Trinidad James are also on it.
A lot of videos came out this past week and all of them were entertaining. But, when it comes to the star power, A$AP Ferg brought it with all the movers and shakers of hip hop on the track. Hip Hop Vibe chose this joint, “Work (remix),” as the Video of the Week because of the star power and the impact.
