New York CityBy DJ Junior
Hip Hop Vibe Staff Writer

Without New York City, there wouldn’t even be this thing the world knows as hip hop. No rappers, no DJs, sure as heck no mixtapes. It has been a fun and enlightening experience bringing Artists to Know back to life. Surely, hopes are that the fans have enjoyed having it back as much as the creators have had returning it.

As a DJ, countless artists want to work and they submit their music. The fun part is watching these artists grow and become bigger. New York City has strongly returned to the forefront of the rap game. With New York back in the mix, there are several rappers making it happen behind the scenes.

This upcoming week, Hip Hop Vibe is giving an extra dose of Artists to Know. Every day this week, Artists to Know will be covering a different artist from New York City. So, for the upcoming week, Artists to Know will be rebranded as Artists to Know (NYC Edition). There are many movers and shakers in New York making moves and they deserve their shine.
