Surely, it does not feel like it has been twelve years since Fabolous emerged, but that is indeed the case. In the spring of 2001, Fabolous appeared on Lil’ Mo’s “Superwoman” single and he later returned that summer with his “Can’t Deny It” single. With the hook featuring Nate Dogg and sampling Tupac, Fab had breakout success.

Fabolous was hailed as the next big artist, as he was from Brooklyn and the flagship artist of DJ Clue’s Desert Storm. But, Fabolous’ legacy ended up being one of his own and he was not that artist to drop an album every year. However, Fabolous is a dominant mixtape figure.

For the first time ever, Fabolous stopped by Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club,” reuniting with DJ Envy, Charlamagne Tha God, and Angela Yee. Addressing “Love & Hip Hop” and Emily Bustamante, Fabolous talked about reality television. Fabolous also spoke on past career moments, including the Ray J situation, Lloyd Banks, and 50 Cent trying to sign him to G-Unit Records.
