DJ Khaled starts off every year the same, first there is the celebration and then there is the announcement of his next album. Both of those things took place this year, but DJ Khaled also made a major business move when he signed Vado to We the Best Music Group. The spotlight immediately was cast on him and Ace Hood.
With Mavado receiving some attention, one artist on We the Best’s roster getting overlooked is Rum, their Richmond, Virginia representative. We the Best Music Group has always had a major impact on the game, just not like this. Ace Hood is currently on top of the game with his “Bugatti” single with Future and Rick Ross.
Rum is making his presence felt and he showed up in major fashion on his King of the Jungle mixtape that dropped over the weekend. During a recent trip to Philadelphia, Rum talked about his new mixtape release. The interview also featured Rum talking about Ace Hood and how he linked with DJ Khaled.
