Nothing is more important than family, no matter how one perceives it. Whether it be the family a person is born into or the friends who become their family, companionship is needed. Lil Wayne does everything outside of the box, including making a family. Fortunate enough to have a woman like Lauren London in his life.
At one point, Lil Wayne came close to making Lauren London his next of kin, as in the two were once engaged. Marriage was not in the cards for them, but they do share Cameron Carter, one of Lil Wayne’s four children. This child makes them family forever, as do the other children and their mothers.
Since all the children are a bit older now and Lil Wayne has moved on, everyone manages to coexist. Despite this, when media outlets get the women in Lil Wayne’s lives down for interviews, they bring up the other women and children. Lauren London spoke on this for what she hopes is the last time with JET Magazine.

“People like to make it into this big thing, but it’s really not. There’s peace and love and my son knows his siblings. We all get along. We all clearly keep getting along. I’m tired of talking about it. What else do you want me to say?”On addressing the many rumors surrounding her:
“I’m very blunt and honest. I have a very loyal heart. If I love you, I ride for you if I don’t f*** with you, I don’t f*** with you…If you want the truth, call me.”
