Honesty has returned to hip hop, a welcomed element added to the game. While hip hop is a popular interest, it is nowhere near the only interest. Those who have grown up in the hip hop culture have been exposed to a lot. One of the leaders in this revolution, of sorts, in hip hop has been Kid Cudi.
Growing up, Kid Cudi was a bigger fan of rock and pop music than hip hop. In several interviews, Kid Cudi has spoken on this. The last album to come from Kid Cudi actually was a rock album that came as a joint effort with Dot Da Genius. One artist who Kid Cudi is a fan of is Michael Bolton, who he recently had a chance to work with.
Recently, MTV News had a sitdown with Kid Cudi and he spoke on his new album, Indicud, which was released last week. Among the artists featured on Indicud was Michael Bolton and Kid Cudi spoke on putting this collaboration together. In spite of all, Michael Bolton is the last person many would expect to see on a hip hop track.
