Four years ago, Diddy announced his refocus on Bad Boy Records and the signing of popular New York rapper, Red Cafe. But, the full refocus did not come until a few years later. Out of the gate, Diddy did make one move when he took Bad Boy Records from their deal with Atlantic Records to Interscope Records.
On the prowl for talent, Diddy signed many of the biggest mixtape rappers in the game from all over the country. Machine Gun Kelly joined the team from Cleveland, hometown hero, French Montana, joined the label, as did Los. A native of Baltimore, Los is among the biggest rappers from the DMV area.
Taylor Gang’s Lola Monroe recently gave birth to their first child. Now he is officially a father and Los is preparing his takeover of the game. Los has been working on his new mixtape, Becoming King, for some time. On April 25, Los will release the mixtape, but in the meantime, he has released the cover.
