Los Angeles has re-established itself as a hip hop city. However, there is much more to the West Coast than the City of Angels. The Bay Area flourished while Los Angeles struggled. With LA back in the mix, the Bay Area has many more rappers emerging. Neiman is another name to look out for out West. He recently teamed up with fellow rising “New West” hip hop figure, Iamsu! The two came together for his new single, “Don’t Play.”
