Focusing back on the music, there is a lot of talent within the Brick Squad movement and it is not just in Atlanta. Brick Squad has artists from all over the United States and they have a strong base in Queens, New York. The biggest draw for Brick Squad in New York City is Frenchie.

Last fall, Frenchie released his highly-successful mixtape, Concrete Jungle 2. Hosted by many big name DJs, including Trap-A-Holics, Frenchie had a major impact on the game with his tape. Immediately, Frenchie began working on his follow-up mixtape, which is called Long Over Due.

Frenchie turned to Trap-A-Holics and DJ Scream to host Long Over Due. Hip Hop Vibe got the exclusive on the cover for the mixtape. Along with the mixtape cover came a statement from Frenchie’s camp that revealed the collaborations on the tape. The mixtape will feature Yo Gotti, Young Scooter, Project Pat, and Waka Flocka Flame.

Long Over Due is to be released in May.
