Detractors of Rick Ross have been waiting to get something so they could finally turn against him and his lyrics have him in a situation right now. First, Rick Ross came under fire for his lyrics promoting date rape on Rocko’s “U.E.N.O.,” with Future. In addition to this, Rick Ross’ collaboration with Meek Mill led to gang activity.
While, there has been some chatter about Rick Ross’ second issue with his lyrics, everyone is firmly focused on “U.E.N.O.” Last night, on MTV’s “Week in Jams,” Charlamagne Tha God came to Rick Ross’ defense over the lyrics. It appears as if the popular personality is alone in this number.
Previously, Rick Ross had an upcoming performance in Ottawa at Carleton University, but this is no longer the case. April 9 was the set date for the Rick Ross show, but it has been cancelled due to the backlash over the lyrics. There has been a lot of backlash and protesting going on with Rick Ross.
