New York City has returned to the forefront of the rap game and Denzil Porter is among the artists responsible for this transition. Virally, Denzil Porter had much success with his single, “Kanye West.” Catching the attention of the game, it opened many doors for the popular rapper.
As an independent artist, Denzil Porter is dominating the game and has continued to do so in 2013. Along with many more of rap’s biggest names, Denzil Porter performed several concerts in Austin, Texas at SXSW 2013. The platform has brought even more attention to Denzil Porter and his movement.
Back in 2006, T.I. announced the launch of his AKOO clothing line. Much like Rocawear and others before it, AKOO is not limited to T.I. and company. A hip hop lifestyle brand, there are many faces involved. For AKOO’s “Who’s Got Next” series, Denzil Porter is the latest artist featured.
