There is a connection between Chicago and Atlanta, especially where hip hop is concerned, as most rappers frequent both cities. Doing a simple and brief count, Ludacris, Soulja Boy, and 2 Chainz all were born in Chicago, but relocated to Atlanta in their childhoods. Getting older, the trio often have gone back and forth, building ties in both cities.

When it comes down to it, 2 Chainz is currently the biggest artist in Atlanta. Establishing himself as a mainstream star, 2 Chainz is now focusing on The Real University. His label consists of Cap1, Ronn Makk, and many others. Cap1 is first up to the plate and he has done well with his “Gang Bang” single with Young Jeezy and Game and his new mixtape.

T.R.U. 2 It is the new mixtape from Cap1 and he discussed it when he last visited Philadelphia to make appearances. While in Philadelphia, Cap1 stopped by Hip Hop Since 1987 and he spoke on his new mixtape and his upcoming clothing line. Cap1 also talked about the dynamics between he and 2 Chainz.
