With all the attention currently going to Justin Timberlake, surely Robin Thicke could not be too far behind. Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z set the standard high, but Robin Thicke came back strong too. Already having the game buzzing with “Blurred Lines,” the official video for the single came out today.
T.I. has been out of the public eye since Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head, but has been expanding well outside of hip hop. On his album, T.I. worked with P!nk and has often collaborated outside of the rap game. T.I., along with Pharrell, collaborated with Robin Thicke on “Blurred Lines.”
In addition to releasing the “Blurred Lines” music video, Robin Thicke also released an explicit version of the video. Earlier this week the video came out and the above image only tells part of the story. Probably the week’s hottest video, Hip Hop Vibe decided to give the Video of the Week honors to Robin Thicke.
