Last spring, Hip Hop Vibe had the fortune of talking to Das EFX’s Krazy Drayz. During the interview, Krazy Drayz reminisced about hip hop’s golden era, but also praised the current generation. Krazy Drayz admitted to being a Rick Ross fan, saying he can “rhyme his ass off.”
While Krazy Drayz is not a hater of the current generation, he does feel boom bap does deserve a bit of a revival. Instead of complaining about it, Krazy Drayz did something about it. With DJ Rondevu in tow, Krazy Drayz released Showtime, his comeback album, last fall.
“Hold Dat,” featuring Pharoahe Monche, is among the songs included on the album and it has been a fan favorite. Taking heed to the hints, Krazy Drayz has teamed up with DJ Rondevu, once again, and is filming a video for the song. Tonight, Krazy Drayz leaked a photo from the video shoot of him with Pharoahe Monch.
