Earlier today, Lil Wayne officially spoke to the media for the first time and he revealed he was doing much better. In spite of the nasty exchanges between YMCMB and TMZ, they were the outlet Lil Wayne chose to speak to. Lil Wayne has been working hard since his hospital release.
Working hard, in fact, is what led to Lil Wayne being treated at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Many of the biggest names in hip hop and entertainment visited the controversial rapper in the hospital. Lil Wayne’s artists, Drake and Nicki Minaj, along with NBA star, Chris Paul, stopped by to see him.
This morning, it was announced that Lil Wayne and Mountain Dew would be coming together for the “America’s Most Wanted Festival.” Recently, the full details emerged and it was revealed that T.I. and Future will be joining in on the festivities. Taking place on July 5, Lil Wayne and two of his most-frequent collaborators will be sharing the stage.
