Before selling the company to Def Jam, Roc-A-Fella Records appeared as if it would become something similar to what Cash Money Records currently is. By 2001, Jay-Z sat firmly on top of the game and Roc-A-Fella Records soon branched out and had several labels under it. Cam’ron’s Diplomat Records was among the labels.
During this period of time, Jay-Z decided to reach out to the Latin hip hop fans with the launch of Roc La Familia. In 2001, this label was launched and N.O.R.E. was brought in to head the label that ended in 2005. Through this, N.O.R.E. wound up involved in the feud with Nas and the Jay-Z/Damon Dash split.
Spending so much time around Jay-Z and Kanye West, two rappers rumored to be devil worshipers in the Illuminati, N.O.R.E. had a chance to speak on this. The Urban Daily caught up with N.O.R.E. and he spoke on his Illuminati theories. N.O.R.E. confirmed its existence, but not the way people think.
