Fans have had much reason to worry about Lil Wayne, seeing how rumors had him on his deathbed at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Initial rumors said Lil Wayne had been placed in a medically-induced coma. However, later reports proved these rumors were false when members of Cash Money Records spoke out.
Birdman talked to Hot 97 yesterday afternoon and did his best to set the record straight to the people. Telling the world Lil Wayne was doing much better, after being visited by his artists, Drake and Nicki Minaj, Birdman said he was working too hard. The mogul went on to say Lil Wayne would soon be released from the hospital.
Soon after Birdman’s interview, Lil Wayne was released from the hospital and his attention refocused to his music. But, Lil Wayne has taken time out to address his fans who were worried about him. Taking to his Twitter, Lil Wayne informed the world that he was better.
