Lil Snupe talks “R.N.I.C.” mixtape, Meek Mill deal, and more with Hip Hop Since 1987 [VIDEO]

Lil SnupeOne of the most-discussed names in hip hop in recent months has been Lil Snupe. As of now, visiting in Philadelphia, Lil Snupe is one of the charter artists on Meek Mill’s new record label, Dreamchasers Records. In December 2012, Meek Mill announced the formation of his new label and the roster.

In recent media runs, Meek Mill has been accompanied by Lil Snupe. During a recent trip to Shade 45 for “Sway in the Morning,” Lil Snupe delivered an impressive freestyle over the popular Drake single, “Started from the Bottom.” Currently, Lil Snupe is working on his upcoming mixtape, R.N.I.C.

With R.N.I.C. due on March 30 and boasting features with DJ Khaled, Trae Tha Truth, and Curren$y, among others, Lil Snupe talked to Hip Hop Since 1987. Lil Snupe explained how he linked up with Curren$y and he also talked about his deal with Meek Mill’s Dreamchasers Records. During the interview, Lil Snupe talked about the rap battle that made him famous.
