Meek Mill causes court dispute over possible probation violation

With Drake, Joe Budden, and others stepping up early in 2013, Meek Mill has become an afterthought in the game. Two years ago, Meek Mill signed to Rick Ross’ Maybach Music and took over the industry, exceeding original expectations. At the time of Meek Mill signing to Maybach Music, he was out of prison on probation.

Last summer, Meek Mill got into trouble with his probation officer over a line on one of his songs, where he disrespectfully mentioned his probation officer. Forced to return to his native Philadelphia, Meek Mill was ordered not to mention his legal issues over record. Meek Mill has refrained from this, but has become a cop magnet.

Recently, Meek Mill returned to court when his probation officer reported him for not fully disclosing his travel details. In the two-hour session, Meek Mill revealed he was vague because his travel plans are subject to change. As the conversation became heated, Meek Mill requested a new probation officer.
