Dominating 2011 with the triple platinum, Tha Carter IV, Lil Wayne planned for a follow-up in 2012. Late in the spring of 2012, Lil Wayne released “My Homies Still,” with Big Sean, a member of G.O.O.D. Music. At the time, Lil Wayne and G.O.O.D. member, Pusha T, were going back and forth with each other viciously.
Much like his previous Carter albums, Lil Wayne faced several creative delays for his I Am Not a Human Being 2. These delays stopped Lil Wayne from releasing his album before the end of 2013. However, “No Worries,” with Detail, and “Love Me,” with Future and Drake were released to much success.
With the spring now days away, Lil Wayne is finally preparing to release his tenth studio album. On March 22, Lil Wayne plans to release I Am Not a Human Being 2. The album is set to feature appearances from Gunplay, Juicy J, 2 Chainz, Nicki Minaj, Soulja Boy, and the other previously mentioned artists.
