Unfortunately, the world will never get to see the type of artist Slim Dunkin would have matured into. Underrated, there is a lot of talent coming from the entire Brick Squad camp. Each member has their own special quality, but most agreed Slim Dunkin was among the brightest stars.
Preparing for 2012, Slim Dunkin got involved in an altercation that led to an abrupt end for him, a loss his close associates have not gotten over. Charged with the crime was fellow rapper, Young Vito. For well over a year, Young Vito has been behind bars and he recently went to trial.
Earlier today, the verdict was released and the family of Slim Dunkin, along with the rest of Brick Squad were angered and surprised at Young Vito’s acquittal. While Young Vito was off the hook for the Slim Dunkin murder, he will serve twenty five years behind bars for aggravated assault and possession of firearm by a felon.
