Coming up short in the Miami mayoral election has not stopped Uncle Luke from being an ambassador for his city. Before there was Trick Daddy putting on for the city, Uncle Luke and the 2 Live Crew put the city on the map. Previously, Uncle Luke challenged the rappers, such as Drake and Lil Wayne, to give back to Miami since they often party there.
Lil Wayne has been in Miami for some time, but he hates the Miami Heat. Once considered the “best rapper alive,” Lil Wayne claimed to have had sex with Chris Bosh’s wife. The Young Money leader also called out Dwyane Wade and LeBron James, claiming they got him banned from the NBA, which the league denied.
Word traveled fast and Uncle Luke caught wind of the situation and he aired Lil Wayne out for his comments. Since Lil Wayne often hangs out with DJ Khaled and Rick Ross, which is why Uncle Luke wants them to talk to him. As of late, Lil Wayne has been the center of much controversy.
