Birdman and Slim dreamed of this moment over two decades ago during their hustling days in New Orleans. With goals of turning their Cash Money Records label into a powerhouse out of their local talent, the two began working on the impossible. Cash Money Records has now turned a new corner, distributing several record labels.
Carrying a wide roster of artists, Bow Wow is now signed to Cash Money Records. In the four years Bow Wow has been with the label, he has released several mixtapes, but his album awaits. In the meantime, Bow Wow has taken on the job of hosting BET’s “106 & Park” and has a new mixtape, Greenlight 5, in the works.
Previously, Bow Wow announced Greenlight 5 would have many big name guests. Gucci Mane, Busta Rhymes, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, and Omarion are among the people who will appear on the mixtape. Earlier today, Bow Wow released the official track listing for his upcoming mixtape.
