Earlier tonight, Lil B surprised the hip hop world when he dissed Joey Bada$$. Prior to this, the two rappers have had no interaction. With Joey Bada$$ being hailed as one of hip hop’s saving graces and Lil B being panned universally by critics, many felt they would never have interaction. But, this changed when Lil B released “I’m the Badass.”
Lil B sent the song to Joey Bada$$ via Twitter and for the past three hours, the Pro Era leader has sounded off on the Based God. Upon sending the song to Joey Bada$$ on Twitter, Lil B said he owes him a ‘thank you’ for making him trend worldwide. Joey Bada$$ responded with saying he does not want to ‘ether’ Lil B.
On Twitter, Joey Bada$$ and his fans have been taking shots at Lil B. Continuing his Lil B tirade, Joey Bada$$ said Lil B is ‘not worth the time,’ but is glad he is worth his. Joey Bada$$ went on to say he was disappointed Lil B did not go harder and wanted to do a diss record against him with DMX on the hook, a verse from Joe Budden, and a verse from the guy who knocked him out.
