Back on December 18, Hip Hop Vibe started the day off with a mixtape release from Philadelphia’s rising producer, daMFmastermind. Following the success of his first instrumentals mixtape, daMFmastermind has returned to Hip Hop Vibe for his next tape. The upcoming project is called It’s Always Cloudy in Philadelphia.
Eight years ago, FX premiered a new series, “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” which has become synonymous with the city of Philadelphia. However, this is not the case for all parts of the city known for Brotherly Love. There are parts of Philadelphia that can be quite hostile and the outlook is not always so “sunny.”
daMFmastermind will express this other side of Philadelphia on his upcoming instrumentals mixtape, It’s Always Cloudy in Philadelphia. The world has two weeks to prepare for the new project. An exclusive Hip Hop Vibe release, daMFmastermind will release It’s Always Cloudy in Philadelphia on February 19.
