Before the end of the year, Major D-Star and Yella Fuckem delivered their mixtape, Young and Famous. DJ Joey D, DJ D.A., DJ Kurupt, and DJ 24 are the hosts of the mixtape. Major D-Star is making moves in the industry, signed to Brick Squad, best-known for such artists as Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame. For this mixtape, Major D-Star and Yella Fuckem teamed up on this mixtape and featured Sy Ari Da Kid, among many others.
