Before Twitter was as popular as it is now, Bow Wow was an original tweeter, along with fellow rappers Fabolous and Lil’ Kim. The past few years, though, have been troubling for Bow Wow. In 2009, following his “retirement,” Bow Wow signed with Cash Money Records and began working on a new album.
Underrated ended up being the title of Bow Wow’s album, which has faced constant delays since November 2010. With his album facing continuous delays, Bow Wow has returned to delivering mixtapes. The next mixtape on his list is Greenlight 5, for which he already released “We Bout That (Eat the Cake),” featuring DJ Khaled and Lil Wayne.
Earlier today, Bow Wow took to his Twitter to reveal the other artists who will be featured on his new mixtape. The other guests will be Ace Hood, Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, and Omarion. Given the list of guests, the mixtape has the makings of an album.
