“I’m a brand, bitch, I’m a brand” is what Nicki Minaj exclaimed on her “I Am Your Leader” single, featuring Rick Ross and Cam’ron. Nicki Minaj dropped the line after speaking on hoodies she has for sale in Hot Topic. Now, it seems as if K-Mart can be added to this list of places to shop for Nicki Minaj clothing.
A decade ago, Martha Stewart took ownership of K-Mart, which was followed by a merger with Sears. The merger made the new company the biggest retailer, at the time, though somewhat disappointing. Regardless, K-Mart and Sears have found ways to withstand the poor economy and one way is Nicki Minaj.
Nicki Minaj will have clothing both in K-Mart on their website, ShopYourWay.com. In her official statement, Nicki Minaj said she is excited to work with this company and bring affordable fashion to her “barbz.” Alongside Adam Levine, Nicki Minaj will be promoting the brand on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking sites.
