Exactly what is going on between Meek Mill and Cassidy is hard to determine. Close to one decade ago, the spot Meek Mill holds belonged to Cassidy. Surrounded by stars and keeping Philadelphia relevant was Cassidy’s role. Many feel that Cassidy is envious of Meek Mill’s stardom, something he denies.
The two have been involved in two separate Twitter beefs. Their latest beef started when Meek Mill said he wanted to see Cassidy battle. Cassidy assumed Meek Mill meant he wanted to battle with him. Meek Mill cleared the issue up by saying he would not battle Cassidy until he got his buzz up.
Earlier today, Cassidy officially dissed Meek Mill with “Me, Myself, & iPhone.” During the afternoon, Meek Mill heard the track and ranted on Twitter. In addition to calling his rival crazy, Meek Mill also said Cassidy took a plea deal to lessen his prison sentence. Meek Mill challenged Cassidy to a battle tomorrow to end it all.
