Five years ago, Kid Cudi scored one of the first viral hits with “Day ‘N’ Nite.” The song lingered on the internet for two years before hitting mainstream radio. When the song first impacted, Kid Cudi skyrocketed into superstardom. A member of Kanye West’s record label, G.O.O.D. Music, Kid Cudi quickly scheduled an album release.

Kid Cudi introduced the mainstream to Cleveland hip hop, though he had an ongoing feud with then-unknown Machine Gun Kelly. The two have been at odds over who created the term “raging.” In spite of this beef, Kid Cudi has released two successful solo albums and a well-received third with Dot da Genius.

Now, Kid Cudi is back with his fourth album, Indicud. Announced earlier this year, the  new album has officially been scheduled for a 2013 release. Kid Cudi released the official video for “King Wizard,” but denied it being the second single. Through Twitter, it was also announced that his album would come in March 2013.
