In recent years, Bow Wow has not been taken as seriously as he would probably like to be. Since turning eighteen, Bow Wow faced struggles in trying to transition from being a child rapper to being an adult star. As it is for many young male adults, Bow Wow made many mistakes.
Despite these mistakes, signing with Cash Money Records appeared to be one right move, as Young Money was just taking off. With Lil Wayne pulling off a strong run, full of hits, Bow Wow hoped to have similar fortunes. This was not the case, however, as earnings for Bow Wow continued to falter and he is now seen hosting “106 & Park.”
Bow Wow recently stopped by Sway Calloway’s Shade 45 morning show, “Sway in the Morning” to speak on this. During this run, Bow Wow also became a father and there was a bit of a spat between he and his child’s mother. Sway Calloway spoke to Bow Wow about this, also.
