Exactly two months ago, Turk was released from prison after spending close to ten years in prison. Upon being released, Turk hit the ground running, speaking with several media outlets. Last month, Turk spoke to Hip Hop Vibe about his release from prison.
Currently, Turk is working on his comeback mixtape, Blame It on the System. A month ago, Turk released the official mixtape cover. Following the cover came a flurry of songs. Among the new songs released was “ReUnited Wit Da Block.” As it currently stands, Turk is still speaking with various labels.
The official music video for “ReUnited Wit Da Block” was released on Wednesday. Turk did just as the title suggested. In the music video, Turk reunited with his old block in the city of New Orleans. Above is a screen shot from the music video. With Turk warming hearts with his reunion, Hip Hop Vibe decided “ReUnited Wit Da Block” would be Video of the Week this week.
