The grind never stops for the Coke Boys, French Montana released Mac & Cheese 3, his latest mixtape, before delivering his Excuse My French debut. What was expected to be a summer 2012 release looks more likely as a 2013 release. French Montana already has the attention of the rap game.
Breezing through the New York City mixtape scene to a major label deal earned the new Bad Boy star comparisons to 50 Cent. These comparisons came in spite of his alliance with Rick Ross. While he had respect for 50 Cent, French Montana gave his loyalties to Rick Ross.
When he discussed their beef and 50 Cent’s following decline, French Montana found himself the latest opponent to the G-Unit general. Despite being at odds with one of the former kings of New York, French Montana still has love in the South. French Montana has linked with Future and the two are working on a joint mixtape, Medusa. Last night, French called into DJ Drama’s show on Shade 45 and discussed both the 50 Cent feud and Future mixtape.
