Kanye West has turned to RZA several times over the past few years. In 2010, Kanye West had a major chip on his shoulder. With the world against him, Kanye West needed to deliver good music for G.O.O.D. Music. RZA was among the producers he chose for My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
After My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy became a commercial and critical success, Kanye West decided to do more work with RZA. On the heels of his solo album, Jay-Z announced he and Kanye West would come together for Watch the Throne. RZA was once again selected to provide production for the album.
On The Man with the Iron Fists soundtrack, Kanye West provided the “White Dress” single, which was well-received. Recently, RZA spoke on working with Kanye West and he revealed he wanted to work with him again. Currently, there are rumors of the follow up to Cruel Summer, Cruel Winter.
