Early this year, Game sat down with VH1 for “Behind the Music.” Game was slowing down a bit, as he was ending the promotion of The R.E.D. Album. A strong showing from Game, fans hoped he would return with even more new music. Apparently hearing those fans, Game put together a new mixtape with an album on the way.

Until August, Game’s upcoming fifth album was nothing more than discussion. After making some sort of headline, his album was an also-ran. Before music began coming from his album, Game made headlines for brutally beating 40 Glocc up. 40 Glocc would file charges against Game last month.

During Game’s recent East Coast swing, he made numerous media rounds. Game would, of course, visit New York City. While in New York City, Game would stop by the Hot 97 station to speak with Funkmaster Flex. Among the biggest topics, outside of 40 Glocc, was Game’s involvement in providing transportation for voters, and Hurricane Sandy.
