Meek Mill was already one of the biggest names in the mixtape game. Initially starting out as Philadelphia’s best-kept secret, Meek Mill became a major star. During this time, Rick Ross became the biggest star in the game. Focused on expanding his brand, Rick Ross signed Meek Mill to Maybach Music.
