A few weeks ago, Gunplay took over the headlines when he fought Mike Knox in Atlanta at the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards. Gunplay’s fight came after Rick Ross and Young Jeezy fought backstage. After the fights, 50 Cent began taunting Gunplay on the internet, primarily Twitter.
Things were looking up for Gunplay, but he was soon brought up on charges for armed robbery and assault. Gunplay would turn himself into custody. Maybach Music’s Gunplay was reported to have committed the crime back in May. However, those close to Gunplay have proclaimed his innocence.
Gunplay, earlier today, was released from prison on $150,000 bond. Currently, Gunplay is on house arrest.
