Most major artists head to New York City after releasing their debut album in order to make their media rounds. Machine Gun Kelly released Lace Up earlier this week and he has since been making his own rounds. The Cleveland rapper has shown the world what he is capable of and plans to keep things going.
Lace Up is one of the most energetic albums released in a long time. Due to his wild child nature, Machine Gun Kelly has gained comparisons to DMX. Perhaps, DMX has seen himself in MGK, as he gave him a co-sign. Machine Gun Kelly is the only new rapper in which DMX has given a co-sign to.
After stopping by “106 & Park,” Machine Gun Kelly went over to Power 105.1. During his stop, Machine Gun Kelly would speak with DJ Envy, Charlamagne Tha God, and Angela Yee. Machine Gun Kelly talked about his Lace Up debut, the success of the “Wild Boy” single, which features Waka Flocka Flame, and more.
