Recently, Jay-Z completed a lifelong dream when the New Jersey Nets officially relocated to Brooklyn, Jay-Z’s home town. From the moment Jay-Z purchased his minority stake in the franchise, he wanted to relocate the team to Brooklyn. Now, there are two NBA teams in New York City.
In moving the Nets to Brooklyn, Jay-Z and company had a brand new arena constructed in the city of Brooklyn. The Barclays Center, as Jay-Z states, is bigger and better than Madison Square Garden, the home of the New York Knicks. Many Brooklyn rappers are now beginning to support the Nets and Maino was recently asked his opinion.
Maino and The Mafia recently visited the offices of Vlad TV and the conversation soon shifted to the NBA. During the interview, Maino was asked about the Nets and the Knicks, regarding which team he favored. In true Maino fashion, he would flip the interview and question why he had to choose between those two teams.
