Florida has a rapidly-growing hip hop scene outside of Miami. Blue Steel is among the Florida rappers outside of Miami making moves. The popular rapper, a native of Daytona Beach, has made quite the name for himself. Blue Steel is the head of his own label, 80 Proof Records, and recently teamed up with DJ Rell and DJ Perc for his Self Made mixtape, which dropped earlier today.
