On the heels of his debut album, Big Sean revealed he was working on his sophomore album, which he would release in 2012. Picking up where he left off in 2011, Big Sean continued to dominate the radio waves. Arguably more popular than Drake and J. Cole, Big Sean is the biggest newer artist in the game, signed to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music.

Big Sean has been heavily visible over the entire year of 2012. Flying under the radar, as Rick Ross, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne have enjoyed huge years, Big Sean has appeared on songs with most of 2012’s most-successful artists. This abundance of music makes it difficult to overlook the new album he promised his fans.

However, Big Sean is sticking to his word, as 2012 enters its final stage. Big Sean was recently in Los Angeles and he spoke to the L.A. Leakers about his new album. Another artist who announced a 2012 album was Young Jeezy. It turns out, as Big Sean told the L.A. Leakers, they will be working with each other on their new albums, which will be released before December 31.
