Much more than a rapper, 50 Cent has become one of the biggest moguls in hip hop. Often, 50 Cent appears on many high-earning lists. 50 Cent has caught the attention of many companies, who often request to use his likeness. One company who reached out to 50 Cent was SMS Audio, which led to the rapper/mogul to purchase a controlling interest in the parent company.
With his hands in multiple pots, 50 Cent has strongly pushed his headphone line, making it a competitor to Dr. Dre’s Beats by Dre and Ludacris’ Soul by Ludacris. Early last year, 50 Cent revealed his new business interests may have caused a rift between he and Dr. Dre. Before the end of last summer, the two ended their feud.
Recently, 50 Cent sat down for an interview. During this interview, 50 Cent discussed his SMS Audio line and his upcoming album, Street King Immortal. 50 Cent would also break his silence on the condom line he almost launched.
