Only years ago, Max B was close to becoming one of New York’s biggest new rap stars. Max B, quickly rising the ranks in New York City, helped French Montana and his Coke Boys establish their current buzz. Three years ago, Max B was close to emerging successful, when he was sentenced to 75 years in prison.

Earlier this year, Max B began fighting for an appeal. In February, premature news broke of Max B’s appeal falling through. With the appeal said to have fallen through, the rapper was expected to remain in prison until 2042. Days later, Max B revealed his appeal was not denied and he was still fighting.

Max B asked fans to remain hopeful of his appeal, which would lead to his release from prison. Upon being released, Max B hoped to return to prominence in the rap game. However, earlier today, Max B’s appeal was denied and the courts decided he would remain in prison for the rest of his life.
