Through his mixtape appearances and underground singles, 2 Chainz has made quite the name for himself. As Tity Boi, 2 Chainz is a veteran in the rap game, but his solo career is just beginning. 2 Chainz has found many supporters of his movement, among those is Nicki Minaj.
Nicki Minaj recruited 2 Chainz for her hit single, “Beez in the Trap.” The song was panned by critics, but a hit nonetheless. Tyler, the Creator was vocal about the song, insulting 2 Chainz’ verse on Twitter. Still, nothing has been able to slow the momentum of 2 Chainz, as he prepares his Based on a T.R.U. Story debut.
Rap-Up.TV recently spoke to 2 Chainz and he discussed his “I Luv Dem Strippers” collaboration with Nicki Minaj. In addition to speaking on his efforts with Nicki Minaj, the Atlanta rapper also spoke on the remixes of hit singles. What may come as a surprise is how 2 Chainz is not a fan of everyone remixing popular songs.
