Rick Ross’ plan, however, had a deeper strategy behind it, as he planned to also develop talent under him. The first phase in his plan included a high-profile feud with 50 Cent, which made Rick Ross into a household name.

Rick Ross not only has a roster full of talent, he has his own team of videographers documenting every move made.
