Lupe Fiasco has become one of the most interesting members of the hip hop community, as he is one of the few artists who rap about the social issues. Recently, Mannie Fresh had the opportunity to sit down with Lupe Fiasco to discuss several topics. The two spoke during the “2 Cent Session.”
During the interview, Lupe Fiasco discussed his rap name, which has caught the attention of many since he first debuted. Battling his higher-ups at Atlantic Records, Lupe Fiasco also talked about the politics of the music industry. Lupe Fiasco, who has been very critical of the current hip hop scene, admitting to not being a fan of 2 Chainz, spoke on how he feels about hip hop and its future.
