Rick Ross poured his energy into the development of Maybach Music last year. Once he positioned himself on top of the game, Rick Ross sought all-star talent. Immediately, he added Wale and Meek Mill to a roster which already included Gunplay, Young Breed, Torch, and Maybach Dice. Upon signing Wale and Meek Mill, Rick Ross caused a bidding war, ending with him signing with Warner Bros. Records.

Maybach Music’s domination began in the summer of 2011, but did not falter when the fall season entered. Instead, interest only grew, as Meek Mill emerged as the biggest new star of the camp and Wale found commercial success with Ambition. Last fall, Ohio rapper Stalley also joined the label. Stalley has immediately found success as a member of Maybach Music, having standout performances on Self Made 2.

Recently, Stalley spoke to Montreality and he discussed a number of topics.
